Cancellation Policy

At least 24 hour notice to cancel appointment except for weather conditions or emergency. 

If you miss one appointment for any other reason,  you will be asked to prepay by credit card over the phone for future massage appointments. If you miss a prepaid appointment on a punch card you forfeit your prepaid amount for that scheduled massage and no refunds will be given for that missed appointment  nor can the prepayment for the missed massage  be used for another appointment time. You lose that punch on your card.

Any check or credit card transaction that does not clear the bank will incur a $25 fee.

  • Each massage is for the full time stated.
  • Each one hour or longer massage includes Head, Face , Neck and Feet If you prefer not to have any of these areas massaged, please let me know in advance.
  • Abdominal areas are not worked on unless you have a specific problem in that area.
  • A bottle of water with each massage.
